Li Loaded - Whiskey Brown

Li Pigments NEW -LOADED is a revolutionary organic eyebrow range. This water based formulation is highly concentrated for a smooth consistency, drying at a workable consistency rate.  Colour neutralisers are blended into the formula to minimize mixing and are suited for all skin types and treatment techniques. 

Description: A medium warm brown. This is a good option for red heads.  Can be added to the colours for a n auburn tone.
